Baked Cracker Cod


  • 1 lb cod/haddock
  • 2 tbsp butter (cut into small chunks)
  • 1 tsp SalterieOne East Blend (to taste)
  • 12 - Ritz crackers (crushed)



  1. Cut fish into filets and flat on a parchment or foil lined pan with space between each filet.
  2. Place the chunks of butter evenly over each filet, sprinkle SalterieOne East Blend, and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
  3. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
