- 1 lb cod/haddock
- 2 tbsp butter (cut into small chunks)
- 1 tsp SalterieOne East Blend (to taste)
- 12 - Ritz crackers (crushed)
- Cut fish into filets and flat on a parchment or foil lined pan with space between each filet.
- Place the chunks of butter evenly over each filet, sprinkle SalterieOne East Blend, and top with crushed Ritz crackers.
- Bake at 425 for 15 minutes.
