Crispy Crab Cake Bites

INGREDIENTS


  • 12 oz lump crab meat
  • ¼ cup panko
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 2 tbsp red bell pepper (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (minced)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Duxbury Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and mash to combine.
  • Once mixed, form into 1” balls and place on a baking sheet with 1” between each piece.
  • Bake at 400 degrees to 10-15 minutes until browned and crispy.
