Lemony Arugula Salad

Duxbury Saltworks Fleur de Spring recipe
INGREDIENTS
1 lemon
¼ cup white wine vinegar
2 garlic cloves, grated
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp SalterieOne Spring Blend
Pinch of Black pepper
1 package arugula
1 hard-boiled egg
¼ cup black olives

INSTRUCTIONS
1. In a large bowl, zest and juice lemon.
2. Add vinegar, garlic, oil, SalterieOne Spring Blend and pepper. Whisk to combine.
3. Add remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
