Southern Tomato Omelet


  • 2 extra large eggs
  • 3 large cherry tomatoes (sliced)
  • 1 slice swiss cheese
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp+ SalterieOne South Blend


  1. Whisk together the cracked eggs, milk and SalterieOne South Blend. 
  2. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to a frying pan over medium heat. 
  3. Once hot, add the egg mixture to the pan and cook until the eggs are mostly opaque.
  4. Add the sliced tomatoes and swiss cheese.
  5. Fold the eggs into an omelet and finish with south salt to taste.
