4 eight oz Turkey drumsticks
4 tsp SalterieOne Autumn Blend
2 tbsp Butter, softened
4 cups Red petite potatoes, quartered
1 cup Shallot, peeled and chopped
3 cups Baby bella mushroom caps
2 tsp SalterieOne Classic Sea Salt
2 tbsp Olive oil
1. Combine potatoes, shallots, mushroom caps, olive oil and SalterieOne Classic Sea Salt in a mixing bowl, toss to combine, and lay on baking sheet.
2. Rub the turkey drumsticks with SalterieOne Autumn Blend and butter and place on the sheet between veggies.
3. Cover the sheet pan with foil and roast at 425° for 30 minutes, then uncover and continue roasting for 15 minutes uncovered.
