Wendy's Vegan Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1 Head Broccoli
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp SalterieOne Spring Blend
  • Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 chopped yellow onion
  • 2 cloves chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (or another variety)
  • Black pepper, to taste

 INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Chop cauliflower and broccoli into florets and sauté on low heat in olive oil.
  2. Add black pepper, Spring Blend, and garlic powder to taste.
  3. Stir and flip continuously.
  4. When tender, add bruised, chopped garlic and chopped onion.
  5. Finish sautéing the mix until fully cooked and garlic and onion are slightly browned.
  6. Place mix in a pan and sprinkle a little more Spring Blend and black pepper before covering in balsamic vinegar.
  7. Add tomatoes to dish. 
  8. Allow at least one hour to marinate.
  9. Serve at room temperature.
