Continuing on our Nourish Mission (check out our other blogs posts for more inspiration!), we want to share our recipe for a Citrus Sea Salt Smoother, a refreshing and soothing drink that's perfect when you need a little warming pick-me-up. And, this is so easy, you can memorize it in one try!
Citrus Sea Salt Soother
Warm a cup of water until just about boiling. Pour it in your favorite mug (ideally one that both hands can hug), add in the juice of half a lemon, a sprinkle of sea salt, and honey to taste. Stir and sip!
If you are inspired to dress up your soother a little, add a lemon slice. And remember, the most important ingredient is the 10 minute break you take while you sip. Enjoy!
