- 16 oz fresh pasta sheets
- 2.5 cups light cream
- 5 tbsp SalterieOne East Blend
- Pour the cream and SalterieOne East Blend into a large low pan over high heat.
- Once the cream is warm, add the pasta and stir to submerge.
- Cook for 5 mins stirring often until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from the pan and top with shredded cheese.
