Creamy Pappardelle Pasta


  • 16 oz fresh pasta sheets
  • 2.5 cups light cream
  • 5 tbsp SalterieOne East Blend


  • Pour the cream and SalterieOne East Blend  into a large low pan over high heat.
  • Once the cream is warm, add the pasta and stir to submerge. 
  • Cook for 5 mins stirring often until the sauce thickens.
  • Remove from the pan and top with shredded cheese.
